Zombie might be the funkiest afrobeat song of all time. It was Fela's biggest hit and took Nigeria by storm in 1977. The political message behind the album was so incendiary that Fela's mother was killed as a result of its release. The horn solos are some of the best I've ever heard, in any genre.
